bought December 2008 850 euros...samsung lcd 40....after two years broke and I had to pay 180 euros due to electrical supply problem as they mentioned....on the same electric power are running 1 sony and 1 lg tv set, those never appeared malfunction.... ...the cost was not covered by the two years warranty.....when received back started to lose pixels lol and being colerfull....SAMSUNG tech support accept that it was a faillure of tv panel but they were not willing to change it....they told that this tv running out of warranty....so I m asking the total cost of ownership for samsmung tv sets increase due time?? am i have to budget every 4 years for a new tv set? where is the after sales support and the customer sattisfaction??
